Description
Nestled between the gutted waterway of an otherwise bustling port city along the southern shores of Tamriel is the small community of Bantam Baan Dar, or “Little Baan Dar”. Home to a scattering of mostly thieves and beggars, the back alley is unsurprisingly unknown to the average citizen, and accessible mostly through a small portal maintained by the local thieves guild. While not often frequented by visitors, it hosts a fair amount of black market pedlars offering an array of goods and services
