Rawl’wano Temple

Located within the rear courtyard of Rawl’wano lies a Temple of Khenarthi with a storied and tragic history. Although most temples to the Goddess of the Winds are built outdoors so that worshipers can feel her breath, the Rawl’wano Temple seems to be an exception to this rule. Wind catchers on the temple’s roof channel Khenarthi’s Breath via elaborate channels down into the main chamber, filling the vestibule with the sounds of ringing chimes. Here Khajiit come to honor the Fado of the Winds.

Rawl’Wano Trading Post

Rain’s Rest (Rawl’wano in the local Ta’agra dialect) is a Baandari Trading Post and the gateway to the Tenmar region of Elsweyr. Built in an old Adeptorium on the trade road to Torval, it was once abandoned during the Flu, but has been repurposed and rebuilt by the nomads. The Baandari have their markets are set up obnoxiously along the trade road, forcing pilgrims and travelers alike to navigate between their stalls under a chorus of offers and deals from the local peddlers and merchants.

Rawl’wano: Jode’s Prowl Barracks

Jode’s Prowl lies below the cliffs of Rawl’wano Trading Post, where the Tenmar Forest grows dense like a maze. Originally the site of a Lunar Observatory tower, only the lunar clock, crafted from magical artifice, remains of that structure. Khajiit warriors train within the beautiful side courtyard with shortbow, sword and spear, ready to defend the trading post from foe and beast alike.

The Patchwork Menagerie

Long hidden deep within some forgotten Imperial sewers of the port town of Strayhome sits the Patchwork Menagerie. Built upon the bones of an old khajiiti temple, this underground fighting arena is now home to a scattering of local thieves and undesirables looking to make their name brawling for the amusement of other destitute strangers.

Mountain Archives

Nestled in a mountain, the Temple Mount has been recovered and refurbished from its ruined status and turned into a lovely retreat and event space by a retired adventurer. In the heart of the mountain is a library and archive space complete with garden and trophies from world history. The branching paths lead to a ceremony space, the Dragon Ballroom, and the Archivist’s Residence.
