Located within the rear courtyard of Rawl’wano lies a Temple of Khenarthi with a storied and tragic history. Although most temples to the Goddess of the Winds are built outdoors so that worshipers can feel her breath, the Rawl’wano Temple seems to be an exception to this rule. Wind catchers on the temple’s roof channel Khenarthi’s Breath via elaborate channels down into the main chamber, filling the vestibule with the sounds of ringing chimes. Here Khajiit come to honor the Fado of the Winds.
