The Forgotten Hold

[Caution: Contains themes of cannibalism, ritual murder and unsanitary living conditions.] A sunken Redguard outpost in the Dragontail Mountains that has changed hands several times before finally falling into the lap of a Namira worshiping mage who turned the subterranean hideaway into a hub for those faithful to his prince.

The Palace of Refraction

The aptly named “Palace of Refraction” was once part of a hanging garden belonging to an Ayleid sorcerer-king and was translocated to a separate plane to act as a safe haven. Long abandoned by its slain owner, the gardens, court, and magical labs above are yours to use!

The Wishing Walls

Locked deep within the crag of a forgotten pocket realm of Oblivion lies dormant an ancient eldritch mass, and deeper still, the throne of an entity which claims to be its thrall. Few discover this place, and those who do are weak-willed enough to be lured by false thoughts at this imprisoned serpent’s wishes. It calls itself the Grumlen — a “broker of souls”. It seeks those chasing the darkest dreams, and promises a path. But it always comes at the price of a life, and the weight of its worth.

Excavated Home and Ritual Site

As the Nulandis family’s property manager, I have listed several properties for use by patrons of the appropriate standing. The most mysterious of the properties in the family’s portfolio, this rather ‘unique’ building was excavated near the Crypt of Hearts. Only a few people know that, behind the sealed door, is a portal to Coldharbour itself. And beyond that? Perhaps it is best not to know… Contact Gaelen Black in Alinor for more information.

Sunken Spire Citadel, Floor 1

First floor of the Nulandis Family’s underground fortress, Sunken Spire Citadel, that hosts the company of Gaersley & Black. This floor features a gallery, welcoming parlor and office, a hidden treasury, offices for assistant, accountant, and priests, cathedral with shrines to both Aedra and Daedra (among others), an expansive terrace, and a spa.

Daedric Cult HQ

A foreboding Dunmeri manor turned Daedric cult residency, this chateau is open to all potential visitors ((IC and OOC)), so long as they do not wish harm to those within the walls. The chateau houses the Conscripts of the Daedra, a unique multi-cultural cult (guild) that aims to see the will of the Daedric Princes on Nirn.
